The project focused entirely on UI/UX design, creating an intuitive interface that prioritizes both pet owner peace of mind and pet sitter workflow efficiency.

The platform enables pet owners to monitor their pets remotely through real-time status updates, feeding schedules, and care availability tracking.

Pet sitters can update care activities on the go, while owners receive instant notifications and visual confirmations of their pet's well-being. The interface was designed to minimize anxiety for pet owners and streamline daily reporting for sitters, creating a trustworthy and transparent care experience.

Technical Details

The design system was built in Figma with a component-based architecture, ensuring consistency across all screens and user roles.

Special attention was given to information hierarchy, making critical updates (feeding times, care status) immediately visible without overwhelming users with data. The mobile-first approach ensures pet sitters can easily update status while on the move, with large touch targets and simplified input flows.

Color psychology was applied strategically—calming blues and greens for pet owner interfaces to reduce anxiety, while brighter accent colors highlight important actions and status changes.

The responsive design adapts gracefully from small mobile screens to desktop dashboards, with layout shifts that maintain usability at every breakpoint. Interactive prototypes were created to demonstrate real-time status updates, animated transitions, and micro-interactions that enhance the feeling of live connectivity.
